lyrics

The mighty stars drown into screams, fear awaits the gleaming dawn,
the day shall come for those who seek, the light that guides the humble moth.
Burning sunlight compels the flowers to bloom, all of the valley colours,
every wish is granted, serenity nourishes the heart, bounds the wounds to close.
The sky so bright above, urges me to seek what rests beyond the sun,
eyes seek for that I cannot behold, hands for that they cannot clutch.
The ego rejects the majesty of the spring, the life of this blooming garden,
death is set aflame, along with the idols of this temple to crumble.
The clock, set and ticking, time and date set for downfall,
loose of all chains, the path was set. Into this chasm I dove.
Covered thy eyes with the shroud of misery, not contempt with it myself,
hope left a trail of smoke, vanishing into the dusk, for I have failed you.
All desires are futile, as fate is written by the burning flames of hell.
Wishing to satisfy the hands with flesh, it turns to ashes.
As I wish to return you to the blooming fields of hope, we only fall deeper.
There is nothing under the sun, darkness decieves, and I dragged you to this death.
